Ensuring Quality at Every Stage

At Sree Banbee, we follow a strict Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Quality Control to ensure that every shipment meets or exceeds our clients standards. Our multi-stage inspection process covers the entire production cycle, from initial samples to the final packed goods.

Pilot Run Inspection

Once production begins and approximately 50–75 pieces are completed, a Pre-Production Inspection is conducted.

  • Observations are documented in a Pre-Production Inspection Report.

  • At least three pieces per size and color are selected for measurement verification.

In-Process Inspection

In-Line Inspection

Conducted during the production process:

  • Performed daily throughout production.

  • Observations are recorded in the In-Line Inspection Report.

  • Pieces are randomly selected to evaluate stitching, quality parameters, and SPI (Stitches Per Inch).

End-Line Inspection

When approximately 70% of the order is packed, a Pre-Final (Mini Final) Inspection is carried out:

  • Focuses on styling, measurements, packing quality, assortment accuracy, presentation and finishing.

Post-Production Inspection

Final Inspection

Conducted once production is complete, this inspection follows international standards:

  • Inspection Standards: BS 6001, MIL-STD-105E, AQL – Normal Level II.

  • Results are documented in the Quality Assurance Inspection Chart.

  • Measurement accuracy is verified using the Measurement Verification Chart.

If a critical defect is found, 100% of the merchandise is re-inspected by Sree Banbee Innovation team. If the number of major or minor defects exceeds the acceptable limits, the factory is instructed to recheck the entire batch and present it again for re-inspection.
